COOLBAUGH TWP SNOW EMERGENCY The board of supervisors and emergency management of Coolbaugh has declared a snow emergency in effect from Sunday January 31 at 18:00 hours until Tuesday February 2nd at 11 am. This emergency declaration is to ensure the roads are clear for plowing. Do not park any vehicles on the roadway or in the township right of way. If anyone does, they will be subject to the vehicle being towed at the owners expense. The possibility of up to two feet of snow will impact travel.
