Statewide Aggressive-Driving Enforcement Runs Through Aug 25

Tailgaters, you might want to back off a bit this summer.
Over 200 municipal police agencies are teaming up with the Pennsylvania State Police to target aggressive-driving around the state. From now until the end of the summer, in a series of "waves" of regional enforcement around the state, around the state, local and state cops crack down on running red lights, tailgating, clear distance violations and other aggressive motoring behaviors.
During the enforcement waves, local and state police will also be conducting public events designed to discourage aggressive driving.
So, back off that bumper and put away your camera phone, Jack.
