PennDOT Planning Work on 611 & Fairview in Mount Pocono Next Week

PennDot announced today that two projects are on the board for two main Borough roadways next week. The first is the drain repairs on 611 between 5 points and Fairview, originally scheduled for this week but weather delayed the crew. Right now they are planning to finish that work on Thursday & Friday next week, August 29 & 30. That will involve lane restrictions on 611 between 9 am & 3 pm. The second project is spray patching on Fairview Avenue. The job is planned for Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday, 9am-3pm, August 26-28. This will also cause lane restrictions.
