Find Out if You Qualify for the COVID Vaccine and Where to Get It

If you are confused about who is eligible to receive the COVID vaccine, you’re not alone. Since the start of the vaccine program, Pennsylvania has issued no fewer than five versions of the plan. Two within one week in late January. To help reduce confusion, the Pennsylvania Department of Health has an interactive online questionnaire to help you figure out if you currently qualify and, if you do, where to get the vaccine.

If you qualify, you will be taken to an interactive map to find the contact information of vaccine providers near you.

Then you only need to contact your local providers to make your appointment when they have supplies available.
