Another Pedestrian Run Down in Borough, Police Seek Witnesses

(Oct 17 2019, Mount Pocono) A 63-year old Mount Pocono man was struck on Route 940 last night at around 6:45 pm. The victim was struck by an eastbound passenger vehicle. The driver did stop.

The injured pedestrian was transported to LV-Pocono for treatment. No information on his identity, condition,m or on the driver has been released. Today the Pocono Mountain Regional Police is asking anyone who witnessed the incident to contact them at 570-895-2400.
